An original cinematic composition featuring Berlin Strings by Orchestral Tools focusing on the Legato/Sustains and Soft Sustains articulations. I'd like to try this as a new format where I explore the offerings of different sample library developers, focusing on a small sliver of a library at a time and making something with it. This video doesn't go into any technical detail about the library, although I might do more of that in future videos. This time I am utilizing the LEG/Sustain and Soft Sustain articulations specifically (and also a little bit of tremolo). Let me know in the comments if this is a format you'd like to see more of and what you'd like to see more of specifically. As you can see I've also tried to up the production value a bit instead of relying on static AI images as a visual backdrop to the music. Hope you like it! A Suspicious Offer
This beautiful animation was the result of a collaboration between Hjo Folkhögskola (Video game music program) and Sörängens Folkhögskola (Animation program) in 2022 in which I had the honour of working with the talented animators from Sörängen and compose the music for this opening scene which was produced for the Värnamo filmhistoriska festival in the span of a one week deadline and is aired before their featured films. Permission to display the animation on this channel was granted by Sörängens Folkhögskola.
